Chart Types

12 chart types, switchable per-chart from the chart's own settings menu and persisted per Chart Persistence.

Type	Description
Candlestick	Standard filled OHLC candles
OHLC Bars	Open/high/low/close as tick bars instead of candles
Hollow Candle	Candlestick with hollow (outline-only) bullish bodies
Line	A single line through closing prices
Area	Line chart with the area beneath it filled
Heikin Ashi	Smoothed candles computed from averaged OHLC values
Volume Candle	Candlestick whose width scales with each bar's traded volume, instead of a fixed width
High-Low	Independent per-bar high/low stems with adaptive labels — no open/close body
Renko	Fixed-size bricks that only form once price moves a set amount — time is ignored
Line Break	Blocks that only reverse once price breaks the range of the preceding blocks
Kagi	A continuous line that only changes direction after a set reversal amount
Point & Figure	Columns of rising (X) and falling (O) boxes that switch on a set reversal
