All known index symbols available in the app.

Same JSON shape as optionSymbols (array of symbol objects). Return null or "[]" when not applicable.

Populating this makes the Volume indicator unavailable whenever the charted symbol's id appears in this list (spot indices have no traded volume) — see MKTDataX.symbolIsIndex.
